Cotswold Vintage Tractors, as the name suggests, are located in the Cotswolds in the village of Weston Subedge. The proprietors are Keith (aka "Doc") Underhill and Richard Cole both of whom have extensive knowledge of vintage agricultural tractors and implements.
Keith and Richard between them have over 50 years commerial tractor experience at service and restoration level. As they have been involved in running and restoring British vintage tractors for many years, they decided to pool their talents and formed Cotswold Vintage Tractors, a career move which allowed them to combine their hobby with their employment.
They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge into the business with the added bonus that over the years they have built up a network of friends and contacts including many of the employees of the Fordson/Ford Tractor Dealer's formerly based in Evesham. This enables them to draw on the first hand experienc of these old hands when carrying out repairs, sourcing parts, or problem solving.
Cotswold Vintage Tractors have tended to stay with the early Fordson range of tractors specializing in the petrol paraffin range from the 1932 "Water Wash" to the 1950 "E27N". This desicion was made in the light of the proliferation of spares and replacment parts for the more common tractors that have recently flooded the market and which has made it extremely competetive.
